Due to certain issues, outside of our control,  we have today decided to move our hosting to another provider. The issues encountered would have resulted in long term negative impacts to all our clients and cardholders and that is something we will not compromise on. Today we decided to terminate the contract with our supplier for hosting (we will commence legal action next week) and move to another third party provider.
 
 
 
Currently only the login and apply pages are down, however at some point, the website itself will be down for about 8/10 hours. During this period we will be working to ensure everything is back up and running as normal from start of business on Friday.
 
 
 
We will keep you informed throughout the next few days but we would just like to take this opportunity to ensure you that we are doing everything in our control to firstly get the site back up as quickly as possible and secondly to ensure there is no compromise in our offering.
 
 
 
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this downtime.       
 
 
 
If you would like to know your balance, please just send me an email, confirming the last 8 digits of your card and your date of birth and I will provide you with the information.
